What will be your challenge?
Your main objective will be to work with the international and strategic projects shaping International Programs (IPZ) Future. International Project Support for IPZ Future will be closely working with the Corporate Center teams, Receiving and Producing Zurich Countries (RC & PC)

You might be our ideal coworker if you have previous experience in:

Transitioning to work on different lines of business (LoB) in line with agreed IPZ connectivity strategy and as assigned by the project team
Supporting implementation of instructions and issuance system development for multiple LoB, adhering towards stakeholder requirements, seeking for continuous improvement through simplification and innovation
Preparing training material, creating user documentation, and executing system testing (performed by the countries)
Working together with the project team implementing new target operating model after system roll out
Engaging with the Subject Matter Expert network via country calls
Collaborating and supporting project team with any other ad hoc queries during the project

What will you need to succeed in the role?

Strong analytical skills and attention to details
Organizational and problemsolving skills
Team player with facilitation and coordination skills
Knowledge of agile methodology
Good communication skills and ability to engage with senior stakeholders
Fluent in English (other languages is an advantage)
