Then come in and join our team as Business Excellence Development. This position is based out of Spain, and you will have colleagues in regions such as EMEA, Americas and Asia Pacific.


Your mission and responsibilities:


The
Business Excellence Development professional is responsible for performing a wide range of general activities to continuously to support the agile transformation and improve business performance in the defined area of responsibility, for Digital Engagement and IT Infrastructure department.


Task and responsibilities:


  • Aligns, organizes, and coordinates all activities needed to support the agile transformation of Digital Engagement and IT Infrastructure department.
  • Drives and supports Business Excellence activities to continuously improve business performance in the defined area of responsibility.
  • Participates and supports manager in accomplishing the respective tasks, and managing the responsibility area, organization or assigned projects.
  • Identifies Organizational needs and supports the development of the organization and the implementation, monitoring and improvement of the identifies measures.
  • Manages the integration of the global team in the local office.
  • Facilitates best practice sharing in his organizational unit and beyond.
  • Provides transparency on status and progress and contributes to reporting and communication.
  • Drive for continuous efficiency improvements, customer and user focused and results driven.
  • Foster Collaboration and Partnership with Digital Engagement and Infrastructure teams and with other IT Centres of Excellences and business representatives
  • Maintains confidentiality of all sensitive or proprietary information.

Qualifications:


  • Master Studies in Business Management Development or similar
  • 10+ years of experience in global matrix organizations with crosscultural management experience
  • Strong Organizational Management Development and Operations Management experience
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex process with a variety of global and stakeholders
  • Customer, user focused, results and value driven
  • Drive for continuous efficiency improvements
  • Certification in lean & agile practices is preferred
  • Highly effective verbal and written communication skills in English
  • High level of initiative and ability to work independently
