Test Automation Framework & Processes

We are looking for a skilled Test Automation Engineer to develop, enhance, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks supporting our application's growth.

Implement automated testing solutions to streamline manual QA processes, increasing efficiency.
Standardize QA automation practices and share knowledge across Engineering and Product teams.
Contribute to centralized automation frameworks and promote self-service automation for non-technical stakeholders.
Identify, log, and track bugs or issues, ensuring timely resolution.

Feature Release & Quality Assurance

The successful candidate will ensure feature releases meet quality and performance standards before sign-off.

Champion QA best practices and drive quality initiatives organization-wide.
Fulfill the QA Champion responsibilities, advocating for quality and best practices.

Testing Types & Methodologies

Conduct functional, performance, load, stress, usability, and security testing.

Introduce AI-driven test generation and intelligent test selection to optimize testing efforts.
Explore Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to reduce repetitive QA tasks.
Automate performance and security testing to ensure scalability and security.
Share knowledge within Engineering and Product teams to foster collaboration.
Work with Platform/DevOps teams to enhance CI/CD pipelines and testing stages.

Metrics & Reporting

Automate test metrics collection, develop dashboards, and provide real-time insights into test coverage and system health.

Requirements

3-5 years of experience in automation testing for front-end and back-end systems.
Experience with analytics or tracking tools like Google Analytics.
Solid experience with project and defect management SaaS platforms.
Prior experience with GraphQL-based systems is a plus.
Basic SQL skills preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for remote work.
Experience working within agile methodologies.
BSc. in Computer Science or equivalent degree preferred.
