Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Trainee Recruiter fully remote. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of recruitment while working remotely.

As a Trainee Recruiter, you will assist our recruitment team in sourcing and identifying top talent for various positions across multiple industries.

Responsibilities:

Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, job market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform sourcing strategies and identify new talent pools.
Collaboration: Work closely with account managers to understand clients requirements and preferences, and tailor sourcing efforts accordingly.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred (or currently pursuing).
Prior experience in recruitment, HR, customer service, sales or related field is a plus but not required. Fresh graduates or individuals looking to start a career in recruitment are encouraged to apply.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload efficiently.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using online sourcing tools, social media platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment, as well as independently with mínimal supervision.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes, technologies, and industry trends.
Keen attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
Ideally based in Santiago de Compostela, Galicia or Jaén so the team can meet at least once a month
Duration: This is a freelance position with the potential for longterm engagement based on performance and business needs.
