    Job Title: Scheduling Success Coordinator

    We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Scheduling Success Coordinator.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Schedule and confirm all customer on-site requests to maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of Agilent's field organization.
    • Confirm scheduling plans for Agilent Field System Engineers (FSE) and Authorized Service Providers (ASP) for services such as installation, repair, and maintenance on analytical instruments.
    • Act as the single point of contact for FSE, ASPs, and customers for all on-site requests, including scheduling and rescheduling.
    • Own the scheduling planning board and drive daily improvements.
    • Meet customer response times, provide quality service, and ensure effective deployment of field resources.
    • Prioritize customer onsite response times in alignment with customer expectations and Agilent measures.
    • Build strong relationships with internal business partners to deliver a superior customer experience.

    Requirements:

    • English language proficiency required; Swedish, Danish, or Dutch appreciated but not mandatory.
    • Experience working in customer service, administration, or project management.
    • Strong planning and organizational skills, with high attention to detail.
    • Negotiation and persuasion skills, resourceful and solutions-oriented.
    • Ability to work flexibly and autonomously where required.
    • Business collaboration capabilities.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
