TASKS:


  • Timely support of enduser issues or requests based on SLA/OLA agreement in an effective manner, to ensure service management tickets are effectively managed based on priority & commitment.
  • Escalate incident tickets that required more expertise from the 2nd level/3rd level for further consultation and technical advice.
  • Continuous observation of shiftleft capabilities, knowledge base articles check and feedback, collective improvement as well to ensure latest knowledge articles information to support endusers are still valid till latest.

SKILLS:


  • At least 1 year (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Knowledge in the following current technologies:
  • Windows and Apple operating systems.
  • O365 & Microsoft Products.
  • Active Directory (basic knowledge)
  • Citrix.
  • Mobile Intune for iOS and Android devices support.
  • Understanding of ITIL principles.
  • Fluent English (other languages are valuable)

SCHEDULE:


  • 08/09h17/18h from Monday to Friday (flexible)
  • 3 days by remote | 2 days onsite
