Performance Monitoring

  • Safety results, drive proactive behaviour
  • Coordinate the targets/forecasts construction and strategy for Spain from a Supply Chain perspective to contribute to the Spanish and EE performance. Monitor performance vs objectives, use root cause analysis and Continuous Improvement plan approach to drive performance improvements in SC.
  • Manage and publish performance through appropriate supply chain metrics (e.g. customer/supplier OTIF, inventory turns, Logistics Costs, Inventory accuracy, vs. targets) for Spain.

Activity Management

  • Deploy, manage, monitor and improve material planning processes to:
  • Develop and implement competitive logistics offer
  • Define appropriate inventory strategy aligned with the offer in collaboration with Commercial team, Product Managers, Supplying plants and Vendors.
- best capture and communicate customer requirements (demand)
- ensure the effective use of available internal capacity/resources in particular Warehousing and Transportation
- synchronize external resources (3PLs, external contractors, suppliers).
- actively promote participation of all relevant functions in these processes

  • Lead and coordinate execution of the planning processes: ensure inputs to the planning processes are regularly reviewed and monitored for accuracy. Prioritise, resolve imbalances and escalate a consolidated view to Divisional SC Lead
  • Delivers a high quality service to the customers. Problem solving by working through issues and implementing long term solutions. Agrees KPI targets for the Customer Service Dept with the country manager and the division head of SC.
  • Consolidate, coordinate optimisation activities & audit of planning & execution process for warehouse, transportation, customs and plant materials flows to ensure compliance with standards and agreed plans
  • Consolidate & Coordinate where applicable Logistics initiatives with 3rd Parties to simplify flows and reduce costs
  • Coordinate the execution of related SC activities to support successful launch/phase out of new/existing SC in cooperation with relevant functions
  • Develop, deploy and track supply chain CI plan and projects to achieve business plan and divisional SC strategy
  • Vendor scheduling: Continuous follow up in partnership with purchasing team
- and evaluate on new biddings on the respective areas (see dimensions)


People Management

  • Lead, recruit, animate, motivate, train and develop team members
  • Set challenging and achievable goals
  • Communicate strategy, manage execution of road map to excellence to his/her team and facilitate benchmark and skills leveraging by sharing best practices within the subgroup and with other subgroups
