Position Summary:


As the Office Manager, you will be the backbone of our organization, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office.

You'll play a vital role in creating a positive and organized work environment that fosters productivity and teamwork.


Key Responsibilities:

Facility Management: Oversee office facilities, including maintenance, cleanliness, and organization.

Supplies and Inventory: Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory to ensure availability and cost-effectiveness.

Vendor Management: Coordinate and negotiate with vendors, service providers, and suppliers.

Record Keeping: Maintain organized records, documents, and files.

Expense Management: Assist in tracking and managing office expenses and budgets.

Health and Safety: Ensure a safe and compliant work environment by implementing health and safety measures.

Staff Management: Supervise administrative and support staff.

Onboarding and Orientation: Support new employees during onboarding and orientation


Qualifications and skills:


  • Proven experience in office management or a related role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in office software and equipment.
  • Detailoriented with a focus on problemsolving.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
