As a true Manager Coach, you will bring your Team to success within a fun & Start-up environment.

Together with your Manager, you will innovate and test new managerial and delivery methods with a focus on raising the quality of Blu Selection service and ensuring our competitiveness.

Tasks

Your responsibilities and impact as a Recruitment Manager will be:

From your first responsibility, you will create with the help of your manager your Client Portfolio through business development tasks.

Then, you will ensure the delivery of your perimeters:

Responsibilities on analyzing the client's needs and establishing a profile and search plan to respond to it by yourself or your team members.
Developing new sourcing channels.
Management of your team members:
Day-to-day delivery success.
KPIs followup.
Target setting and feedback management.
Career development.
Training & inboarding delivery.
Forecast, search, and recruitment of recruitment consultants/ trainees for your hub.
Administration of your direct reports (paperwork, commission tracking, holidays, etc.)
Lead by example: as a team manager, you will always be expected to hold/support a certain amount of recruitment activities.
Daytoday account management and partnership management with your clients and your team's clients' portfolio.
Strong partnership and mutual support with other Blu Manager.

You will work within a really dynamic environment; your flexibility and adaptability will be your key to success. Your team is composed of expats living a good life balance in Barcelona.

Office Location: City center of Barcelona

Salary Conditions: 30k base salary plus uncapped commission based on your direct performance and team performance, + meal voucher 7€/working days after validation of trial period

Requirements:

Skills, qualifications, and interests you need to succeed in this role:

Speaking a native level of Swedish
Speaking a proficient level of English
Having previous significative experience in Recruitment of a minimum of 3 years
Being creative, adaptable, and proactive
Being a Team player
Getting excited about intercultural communication and the expatriate lifestyle
