An opportunity for an
Process Engineer has arisen within
Airbus Operations, Puerto Real,(Cádiz)

The team
key challenges are:
keeping the procces adherences, deploying improvement projects, preparing special process if neccesary.


The jobholder will reinforce our System, who will take part in the definition and implementation of specials processes, and outstanding works.


The main tasks of the jobholder will be:

  • Collaborate in Design for Manufacturing (Co-Design/Co-Indus)
  • Contribute in all phases of design to ensure that industrial needs are taken into account.
  • Promote industrial requirements for engineering (specific design/M&P) and Supply Chain.
  • Introduce good practices / design standardization for Manufacturing.
  • Design the 'Build Process' for ME.
  • Calculate time at the operation level.
  • Manage the technical sequence.
  • Specify the industrial means (tools, tools, equipment, machines...) required for the creation or modification.
  • Promote the implementation of the first installation with the comments and reactions of the plant for the disposition of Manufacturing (transfer of production)
  • Plan exchanges of comments and reactions with the production team.
  • Responsible for configuration management (particularly delta 2). For more details consult the commercial Airbus process with reference A2853.3 'Design Build Process'.
Responsible for the integrated manufacturing Dossier, covering all the necessary means for the execution of the plant, such as:


  • Create/Update 'routings' /BoM/ SOI taking into account the needs of the plant, Calculation of time and the golden rules for work preparation, in accordance with the applicable ABP processes.
  • Perform standard work (the best way to perform tasks described in the SOIthe How)
  • Implement 'Standard Time Value' in the 'routings';
  • Ensure the execution of operations in a robust, reliable and secure manner
  • Organize and support PFMEA/FMEA
  • Technical engineering information
  • Participate in the quality control panel providing measurement tasks. Organize and secure capacity processes.
  • Definition of components/parts, specifications and support in the activities of tools and tools.
  • Contribute to the management of the supply chain guaranteeing a complete consistency and effectiveness of the data (eg: Lost parts, stock, MRP impacts).
  • Maintenance interface tasks.
  • Consider Health and Safety regulations
  • Consider economic and planning aspects. For further details refer to the commercial Airbus process with reference A2019.1 'Produce Routings, As-Prepared Bill Of Material and Standard Operating Instruction'.
  • Signature ME in the Airbus Process specifications, Airbus Process Instructions (AIPS/AIPI) and MNI (Manufacturing Notice Instruction).
  • Manage key/recurring job preparation issues escalated by production team/shop support.
  • Communicate directly and with physical participation in the routines of the production team and participate in work projects with teams with different skills (national/international).
  • Support continuous plant improvement by providing expertise in job preparation when issues are not managed at plant level by plant technical support.
  • Optimize further development of production processes (CImeasures).
  • Advice on the preparation of budgets, sometimes involved in CAPEX planning to support the determination of cost improvements;
  • Prepare processes for outstanding works (HNC's, NC's, AM's, concessions, parachevements), providing quick responses.
  • Prepare processes for manufacturing special parts.
  • Prepare and managing deviation processes such as disruptions.
  • Use of SAP systems (SPA, PEA, PAC, PEM)
  • Consultation of documentation in different systems and programs such as SPRINT, SFI, SFIS, AIRINA, NORMASTER
  • Preparation of technical specifications for subcontracting and/or extended workbench.

SKILLS

Education:
Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering degree or a related discipline.

Experience:
At least 5 years in Manufacturing, Engineering...

Soft skills:
Communication skills, learning agility, high adaptability to work on new topics, new business and in a networking mode.

Languages:
Advanced level in English and Spanish.
