    Role Purpose As part of the Global Design & Construction Operations team and reporting to D&C Sr.

    Operations Manager, the Global D&C Operations Manager will own delivery of key functions, operations global and in-region goals, initiatives and BAU tasks.

    Will support regional and global YB & BB D&C leadership on initiative / activity prioritization, reporting and communication.
    Global D&C Operations Manager will Manage performance of team to deliver Global and Regional initiatives and activities.
    Manages relationship as single point of contact with Stakeholders.
    This Global D&C Operations Manager will focus efforts on Global Goals, Coordination with other Global Teams to achieve objectives.

    Support to Regional Teams on the application of Global Developments and Solutions and will Support on managing a global team of different hybrid functions for internal coordination, reporting to the Client as required.

    What this job involves Global D&C Operations Manager will deploy and coordinate the following functions :

    Lead, coordinate and support Global initiatives from initiation to successful implementation, in order to improve the project delivery teams, by improving delivery times, site quality and data reliability, demonstrating Customer Obsession and Insist on the Highest Standards.

    Contribute by providing data analysis, continuous improvement recommendations, and project management support to new and existing global initiatives that drive positive change and increase efficiency in the delivery of a worldwide portfolio.

    Facilitate clear and efficient communication channels to ensure seamless information sharing and coordination among team members worldwide, ensuring the transfer of best practices, industry knowledge, and skills within the global team.

    Act as a change agent, assisting in driving adoption and acceptance of new tools, solutions, and initiatives. Communicate the benefits, provide training, address concerns, and monitor the progress of change initiatives.

    Ensure that all initiatives / activities documentation is complete and accurate according to company's requirements and procedures (SOP s) during the different implementation phases.


    Lead regional workshops :
    Ensure client. Understand in scope of services as per global contract and service delivery model.

    Help client understand the implementation methodology :
    what are we implementing, when and how (phases and deliverables).

    Work with other regions for the improvement any existing tool or process to facilitate each region Projects team a proper guidance to develop initial schedules, based on standard processes and SLAs, ensuring global consistency.

    Coordination point for global solutions adaptation considering local teams inputs, needs for adjustment and local particularities.

    Make sure to comply with minimum data consistency requirements from the client to allow for global analysis and new tools / solutions.

    Foster and promote teamwork and group integration.
    Manage Global Solutions, developing, creating, documenting and implanting best practices globally. Review and establish streamlining workflows, ensuring consistency in implementation across the global team, to comply with AMZ standards.

    Stakeholders management for SLAs, SOPs and KPIs definition globally, to facilitate each region Project teams a proper guidance to develop initial schedules, ensuring global consistency with Clarizen.

    Develop, maintain and improve reporting tools to justify status (Compliance Report) for SLAs and KPIs, supporting Project teams in the application and compliance.

    Act as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the SOP implementation, potential changes or improvements in the application. Create, develop, implement and analyse SLA methodology if KPI is deprecated.

    During all phases of initiatives / activities implementation, the individual is expected to remain as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) between JLL and the customer to the implementation of the contracted services (EMEA Solution focus).Manage and Support Global D&C Operations Specialists and Coordinators in the onboarding, guiding and mentoring to get them ready for being Global D&C Operations Manager and replacement / back-ups.

    Support in the APAC operating model development, ensuring consistency in implementation across all regions, collaborating with multiple teams to achieve full globalization and implementation.

    Support in the integration and onboarding of the APAC team ensuring consistency use of tools, access to information and participation in global or cross regional forums.

    Contribute to global initiatives related to improvement of Performance or Process simplificationoptimisation such as but not limited to Intake and Due Diligence, Knowledge and Document Sharing ManagementGlobal Intake Process, Capital Project In-flight reporting, Non-Capital Project In-flight reporting or Global Operation Comms and Hub, seeking the future improvement of the delivery of the global portfolio.

    Global Project Charter, D&C Operation Management resources, etc.

    Support to other team members or workstreams in all Risk Management related initiatives that may arise (Project Updates, Risks Module, Global in-flight report, APAC risk mitigation cycle, etc.)Support to other team members or workstreams in all IT / AV / SEC related initiatives that may arise (GREF IT Intake, Global GRITS Model, related tools in Clarizen, etc.)
