If you love meeting and working with other people, have a big heart and good energy, then this offer is for you We are looking for a versatile receptionist to join our Ibis Barcelona Santa Coloma hotel as soon as possible.

Summary of the tasks:

• Attend and inform our clients about the characteristics of the hotel and its different services, in person, online and by telephone.
• Welcome guests and take care of them from their arrival to their departure.
• Contribute to the permanent satisfaction of guests by providing highquality services during their stay.
• Adapt your shifts developing professionally in reception (rotating shifts: mornings, afternoons and nights)
• Make reservations for our customers, by phone or in person.
• Perform guest's checkout.
• Attend the hotel bar and prepare simple snacks for our customers.
• Support the breakfast shift when necessary, making sure that they are not shortages in our buffet breakfast and that it's well presented.

A university education, preferably in Tourism, or a FP degree related to Tourism is desirable, although not essential.

Our clientele is largely international, so we require you to be fluent in English, both spoken and written. If you also speak other languages such as French, Portuguese, or any other, will be great.
