We at PRONOVIAS GROUP, Global leader in the Bridal industry, are currently looking for a professional and talented Senior Retail Operations Manager to join our Retail Store Operations Team in our Barcelona HQ.

JOB MISSION:

Offer outsanding operational support to the store teams to help them achieve their sales and service obectives.


Be the right-hand of the global retail director ensure perfect cordination of between stores and hq stakeholders to execute seamlessly the retail strategy.


MAIN FUNCTIONS:

PRODUCE AND ANALYSE RETAIL KPI'S TO DRAW INSIGHTFUL CONCLUSIONS AND SUGGEST IMPROVEMENT ACTIONS TO RETAIIL DIRCETOR

In partnership with Controlling, Marketing ,Operations.

Revenues by region and cluster analysis and plans.

Effiency and recovery
- detail data and plans.

Rota management FOH and BOH.

Opening hours, capacity and booking tool update and management.

Alteration management KPI's and development plans.

Stores BOH capacity mangement. Stock vs space, in partnership with product. allocation team & Finance.

Stores inventory planning & results follow up - in partnership with controlling and area mangers.

ENSURE THE PERFCET EXECUTION OF THE RETAIL TRADE MARKETING PLAN IN CLOSE COLLABORATION WITH MARKETING

Work closely with brand marketing to define a winning Trade marketing.


Coordinate and execute this commercial strategy with the Area Managers to achieve objectives (commercial calendar follow up, targets etc ).

Coordinate with store teams the implementation of local events and the follow-up of key partners.


Be responsible for the wedding planner program to ensure perfect execution at store levels In stores events full coordination with store management and marketing.

Partners follow up ( wedding planners, etc).

LEAD AND DRIVE THE RIGHT STORES COMMUNICATION TO EXECUTE RETAIL STRATEGY

Produce weekly & monthly qualitative high-impact communications for own stores and franchises to inform effectively.

Management of the intranet communication planforms.

Work closely with Retail architecture and display to ensure they produce guidelines appropriate to store needs.

DRIVE THE IMPLEMENTATION OF NEW RETAIL GROWTH-DRIVING PROJECTS WITH HQ STAKEHOLDERS (IT, Operations, Voice of Customers )

New booking tool development.

New Advocay programme.

New clientelling coordination tool.

Store POS system enhancement.

Financing and payment new opportunites. extention of paymetn by link, etc.

Expansion / closure plans.

ORGANISE RETAIL BUYING MEETINGS (showroom and conventions)

LEAD THE RETAIL CUSTOMER OPERATIONS TEAM In partnership with operations and controlling

Ensure an effient cooridination with ops the collection launch service dates.

Full cooridination with gdp on product rotation as well as cruzados efficiency.

Management of the retail customer teams. Kpis. reveiw the performacne and propose developmetn plans to improve.

Managemetn of teh retail info related to non selables, incl. Stores stationery and packaging.

Confirm if jiira versus sales force mngt. As a tool to drive the stores and franchisess po product requests.

Ensure we garantee 100% of pos are on time in psite of the markets challenges.

ENSURE RIGHT BUSINESS PROCEDURES ARE IN PLACE AND ARE WELL CONTROLLED TO ENSURE STORE OPERATIONS ARE RUNNING WELL


Be close to the store via regular field visit and integrations to understand business needs and adaptation of current procedures.

Be responsible for the yearly editing of our Retail operation Booklet.

DRIVE CLIENTELLING AND CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE INITIATIVES Partneship with voice of customer, marketing and finance.

Strong leadership and communication skills to federate ideas and get buy-in from key stakeholders.
