Job Description:

In this role you will perform financial accounting activities and ensure the financial data accuracy of corporate entities

In this position you will be the main contact point for all T&E and credit cards topics linked to our corporate entities.

You will have a strong relationship with the Headquarter (Accounting Team, Tax, Legal,...).

Key Responsibilities- Ensure that Accounting Policies are respected (in line with the GAM and local policies)- Ensure accounting activities with strong FTQ (First time quality)- Collaborate on the simplification of financial accounting activities for the entities under the scope- Perform various account reconciliations and work to resolve any discrepancies- Preparing or coordinate the preparation of monthly journal entries, accruals for the different divisions- Work with the outsource accounting department and other external/Internal stakeholders

Skills & Qualifications- Strong background in a similar role- Knowledge in IFRS- Background in Accounting in an international company- Solution oriented/ improvement mindset- Strong capacity of prioritization- Background in T&E expenses tools
