What you'll be getting up to:

  • Consult with hiring managers on overall hiring strategies and tailor the approach accordingly
  • Post technical job descriptions on specialist IT job boards, social media and any other relevant channels
  • Participate in tech conferences and meetups to network with IT professionals
  • Assist the hiring manager / Talent Acquisition Manager in conducting external and internal salary parity across industries.
  • Prepare offer letters, be the go to the person in the negotiation process (salary etc.)
  • Checking and coordinating the hiring restrictions (local and expat) with the legal team etc.
  • Manage smooth coordination between new hires and HR/admin team in the global location before on boarding.
  • Assist the Head of Talent Acquisition in preparation of reports etc. (not limited to 3rd Party Payments)

Requirements**:


  • Proven 2 years' experience in IT or Tech recruitment. Recruitments in the online gaming industry will be a plus
  • Handson experience with various interview formats (e.g. Skype, Google Hangouts)
  • Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
  • Familiar with the use of ATS (e.g. Team Tailor)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong tenacity, adaptability, resilience and ability to build a solid network
  • Qualifications such as a degree in HR, communications, business or similar
