    About the Role

    Coty, a global leader in the beauty industry, is seeking a talented Graduate Process Engineer to join its manufacturing team in Ashford, UK. As a key member of the Operations team, you will be responsible for improving all aspects of manufacturing processes and owning key performance indicators (KPIs) related to equipment performance.

    This is a unique opportunity to work in a diverse environment with a team of professionals who are passionate about their work and committed to excellence. You will gain valuable experience in a fast-paced manufacturing setting, contributing to root cause problem-solving, Lean Manufacturing practices, and continuous improvement.

    The ideal candidate will hold a B.S. degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering and possess a valid passport for international travel. Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus, particularly in areas such as problem-solving, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Conduct root cause analysis to identify, prioritize, and eliminate process losses
    • Create and apply setting standards to ensure correct machine-material interaction
    • Interact with cross-functional partners and Supplier Quality Engineers to implement new products
    • Own change management and validation processes for designated processes
    • Drive cost savings through improved productivity, material utilization, and labor optimization
    • Develop innovative process equipment solutions to deliver superior consumer-driven product designs
