What you will do

We are looking for a DIRECT TO CONSUMER MANAGER to deliver our new Ecommerce business in Spain.


You'll have responsibility for the Ecommerce for your specific business, delivering traffic, revenue and margin growth through all D2C channels and maximizing conversion rate on the D2C web platform.

Implementing the European strategy at country level, you will manage digital trading, execute SEO, social media and digital marketing activities.

You will ensure a consumer first mindset, entrepreneurial culture and the development of people in line with the growth and transformation of our Ecommerce business.

You will have proven experience of working within an Ecommerce environment across various digital channels.

You will be able to demonstrate SEO, social media and digital marketing experience in managing D2C sites, and the delivery of significant revenue and margin growth, as well as experience in marketing activities to maximize traffic and conversion in our sites.

As Ecommerce Manager for you'll have responsibility of delivering revenue and margin growth through Director to Consumer (D2C) channels and the country branded web platform.

You will ensure a consumer first mindset and entrepreneurial culture in line with the growth and transformation of our Ecommerce business.


Responsibilities:


Commercial management of the Ecommerce business:

  • Responsible for delivering traffic, revenue and margin growth through all D2C channels and maximizing conversion rate on the D2C web platform
  • Utilizing data and insights to ensure a consumer first mindset in all digital activities
  • Stablish product range and price policy for our D2C site
  • Assure the right level of stock
  • Management of the promotional calendar
  • Management and development of digital content
  • Management of digital agencies and local execution
  • Ensuring UX is optimized and developed as the business grows
  • Development of the country's SEO strategy

Stakeholder Management:

  • Working with the wider country teams to ensure a consumer first mindset; commercial, marketing, logistics, finance
  • Utilizing data, insights and market trends to influence decisions impacting the consumer journey
  • Working as part of the wider European Ecommerce team sharing data, insights and experience to support overall D2C growth
  • Monitoring and reporting on results and ROI to the country and European teams
  • Ensuring a data driven and consumer first mindset
  • Promoting an entrepreneurial and disruptive approach to all digital activities
  • Managing agency activities and delivery
  • Contributing as a member of the wider European Ecommerce team; data, insights and experience
What you need to succeed


Requirements:


  • Extensive Ecommerce and D2C experience gained across a number of digital channels
  • Experience of building a D2C business and able to demonstrate its growth
  • Experience of delivering significant revenue and margin growth
  • Expertise in SEO, social media and digital marketing activities
  • Experience of managing significant digital marketing budgets
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to influence decision making
  • Management of agency activity and execution
  • Demonstrable experience of working within a transformational environment
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills gained across crossfunctional teams and at all levels of an organization
  • Strong people management and development experience
  • Proactive, tenacious, single minded when required
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience of utilizing Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook)
