Job summary:

We are looking for a positive, proactive person with a desire to develop professionally. Who wants to join our fast growing new company and help us get to the next level.

The person selected will join the Clar Group Financial Team and work directly with the Clar Group COO/CFO, and local country C-level management.

His/Her activity will be focused on supporting management in the financial control of the group's Southern European businesses.


Wha will you do

Accounting:

  • Expenses, tickets and invoices organisation
Sending out invoices and paying incoming invoices

  • Manage the external accounting firms
  • Financial reports for monitoring (income statement, cash flow)
  • Budget and forecast
  • Presentation and reporting for investors
  • Analysis and reports needed by different departments such as operations and marketing
  • Ensure compliance (procedures & documentation)
  • Administrative tasks regarding office and employees

Controlling:

  • Ensuring the completeness and accuracy of management reports, including the proper allocation of costs
  • Provide valuable financial analysis and information to all relevant stakeholders and decision makers.
  • Drive continuous cost optimization
  • Guarantee compliance with financial information (finance compliance)
  • Create, improve and maintain financial dashboards and analyses
  • Develop procedures and controls for the areas
  • Support Company decision makers with any adhoc requests
  • Being the planning partner of all the departments of the organisation, such as Sales, Marketing or People and Culture, among others.
  • Be the owner of the monthend financial closing process. This includes comparing actual business data to forecasts.
  • Continuously work to optimise financial processes and reporting.
  • Prepare reports for the groups: You will participate in the preparation of our quarterly investor presentations, related files, as well as the collection of all necessary data.
  • Preparation and delivery of the necessary financial information to the group for the preparation of the company's annual accounts

Requirements:


  • Business degree studies, economics, finance, or similar
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Microsoft Excel
  • 3 year experience in similar role
  • Professional command of _Spanish _and English.
  • Analytical capacity
  • Proactive, organised and decisive person.
Desirable

  • Experience in startup environment
  • Accounting experience
  • Knowledge and experience in accounting systems (Holded / Factorial)
