Job Description

Join our client's IAM Team as a Junior Analyst, aiding in setting up new app integrations, managing change requests, and resolving IAM service issues.

What will you be doing?

Participating in IAM team tasks to define and configure integrations.
Contributing to the evolution of the App Integrations Model based on new business requirements.
Collaborating with the Functional IAM Team to establish the appropriate Authorization Model for app integrations.
Supporting the IAM Functional Lead.
Offering N2 customer support, handling Service Now tickets.
Engaging in agile product development methodology execution.

Qualifications

What are we looking for?

EXPERIENCE

1 year of experience in Technical Business Analyst & Support team.

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

Experience in IAM software administration and support.
General technical skills related to IAM.
Experience with Agile Tools: Kanban, Jira, Confluence, Service Now.
Fluency in B2 English and Spanish.
