What you'll be doing:


As a Director of Marketing & Demand Generation you will lead their efforts in creating a high performance Marketing department from the ground up, building a robust pipeline and driving revenue growth in the EMEA region.


As a hands-on leader, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing integrated campaigns collaborating with global teams and aligning closely with sales to achieve their business objectives.


  • Conduct indepth market research and participate in customer meetings to comprehend local market dynamics, customer behaviour, and competitive landscape.
  • Define and identify the target audience within the region and collaborate with global teams to ensure funds and efforts are directed towards the right audience.
  • Increase brand awareness within the region through targeted marketing activities, creating a strong market presence.
  • Develop and implement demand generation campaigns tailored to the regional audience. Localize marketing collateral, choose appropriate channels, and manage endtoend campaign execution.
  • Implement strategies to generate highquality leads and new logo pipeline through digital marketing, events, webinars, and other lead generation tactics.
  • Work closely with sales to align demand generation efforts with sales goals, ensuring a seamless transition from lead generation to conversion.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the success of demand generation campaigns. Analyze data to make informed decisions and optimize future campaigns.
  • Develop and manage the budget for demand generation activities within the region, ensuring costeffectiveness and a positive ROI.
  • Increase brand awareness within the region through targeted marketing activities, creating a strong market presence.
  • Implement strategies to engage and nurture potential customers throughout the buyer's journey, fostering longterm relationships.
  • Collaborate with the broader marketing team to align regional strategies with overall marketing objectives and ensure consistency in messaging and branding.
  • Stay abreast of marketing technologies and tools to enhance demand generation efforts, effectively implementing them to drive results.
  • Provide regular reports on the performance of demand generation activities to stakeholders and communicate insights and recommendations.
  • Ensure that all demand generation activities adhere to legal and regulatory compliance, including data protection laws. Address compliance restraints and recommend actions to improve marketing effectiveness in the region.

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • +7 years of marketing communications and/or campaign/program management experience
  • Demonstrated track record and experience building integrated marketing campaigns for a B2B and SaaS technology company, with a strong understanding of regional, industry, and audience variances within the campaign plan
  • Ability to conceptualize and develop regional demand generation programs
  • Mixture of strategic and execution skills
  • Outstanding communication skills and the ability to work effectively within regional and global teams
  • Highly detailoriented
