    À Walter Learning, nous sommes en train de développer notre équipe commerciale et nous recherchons un Développeur commercial B2B pour rejoindre notre département d'alternance.

    Nos débouchés sont basés sur le marché franco-phonique. Nous offrons une opportunité unique de travailler dans un environnement dynamique et varié.

    Pour ce poste, vous serez chargé(e) de trouver des structures d’accueil pour nos apprenants et de négocier les restes à charge avec les entreprises partenaires. Vous devrez également prospecter activement et maintenir des relations de qualité avec nos clients.

    L'objectif principal consiste à garantir que nos apprenants puissent effectuer leur alternance dans des conditions optimales. Pour cela, vous travaillerez étroitement avec notre Responsable Admission & Placement.

    Compétences requises

    • Une parfaite maîtrise du français écrit et oral est essentielle;
    • De l’expérience ou du goût pour la vente, idéalement dans le domaine de l’éducation ou de la formation;
    • Des compétences de négociation solides ainsi qu’une approche méthodique et organisée;
    • Un profil exigeant et fiable capable d’apporter des solutions aux besoins de nos apprenants.

    Rémunération

    La rémunération pour ce poste sera de 45 000 € annuels nets.

    Mise en place professionnelle

    Avec plus de 10 ans d'expérience, Walter Learning propose des CDI de 39 heures avec des postes promouvables internes pour ses collaborateurs. L'équilibre vie pro-perso est favorisé grâce à une gestion efficace du temps de travail.
