Recruit the best digital marketing professionals and engage them into your community.

Use social media & e-marketing techniques to build your personal brand as a career coach (for this niche).

Interview & assess top-notch digital managers & experts. Challenge them on their skills, motivation & vacancy match.

Have a keen interest in e-marketing/e-commerce and "all things digital".

You are a true people-person and team player. You're eager to help your team and your clients to achieve great things.

Are a results-driven entrepreneurial spirit. You are persistent in your pursuit of "more-and-better".

Are a persistent, go-getter and are willing to breathe Ariad from dawn till sunset.

You are fluent in English-and ideally have a high level of Dutch or French.
