Descripción
We are looking for someone passionate for delighting customers, a committed and proactive person who will have a transversal role within the Customer Care department.
The main functions will be related to customer service and claims management in two of our main business units: the International and the Spanish ones.
Schedule:
- Full Time
- Flexible working hours
- 100% Remote (they have a very nice office right next to Torre Agbar in Barcelona in case you want to work from there too)
- Possibility to evolve his role with the maturity of our company and the growth of his skills + achieved goal

- Salary 21k24k
Requisitos:
Key activities / responsibilities to perform:
- Customer Service
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can understand the customer
- Discuss with customers on different channels and provide information on the company
- Offer information about coverage and price to prospective customers.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Liaise with other departments and provide support to them.
- Take the extra mile to engage customers.
- Provide feedback to the management team on: the efficiency of the customer service tools, new customer needs, how to enhance any website/App value proposition.
Claims Support:
- Collect all the information of the customers to open claims with the Insurance company.
- Follow up on open cases
