    Key Responsibilities

    Hands-on leadership of a key product framework at Deel
    Perform tactical work alongside your team for bug fixes and escalation remediation
    Build and nurture relationships, manage stakeholders and partners across the Deel product platform and non-tech teams
    Build industry-leading solutions to complex problems in a high-dependency environment
    Be part of the journey to redefine a way of working for people around the world
    Requirements

    7+ years of experience in a Product Management role
    Led as a Lead, Staff or similar IC Product Manager for 2 years
    Experience building and scaling complex B2B onboarding products/features across multiple user-types
    Experience with regulated products with compliance or cross-border considerations
    Proven success building products in a fast-paced, high-velocity, outcomes-driven environment (ideally scale up/start-up)
    Strong understanding of frameworks and scaling functions across platforms
    A systems thinker and pragmatic approach to solving highly complex problems
    Preferably based in EMEA timezone or within +/- 3-4 hours
