Position overview

:


As the Plant Controller you will be accountable for management reporting and financial forecasting for Cabanillas plant business manufacturing operations.

Your role forms part of the local senior management team and will contribute towards the development and implementation of local strategy, by providing strong financial business partnering to the Operations team and driving ongoing cost efficiency.


Key responsibilities include

:


  • Operate within local senior management team, representing Finance and providing functional strategic direction as necessary.
  • Various monthly plant performance reports and analyses.
  • Timely and accurate preparation of monthly management accounts in line with corporate deadlines
  • Develop and maintain suitable cost control environment for operations
  • Management of local capital budgets and reporting, including all local investment proposals.
  • Maintenance of local fixed asset register; including periodic verification process and any necessary impairment review
  • Physical verification of locally held inventory and accuracy balance sheet valuation
  • Timely and accurate completion of all plant focus SOX/GCF controls, as directed by the business
  • Manage and direct annual financial AOP process for local operations
  • Provide rolling financial forecast information for local operations
  • Primary responsibility for reporting and control of all operational KPI

Experience and skills required

:


  • Previous experience in a similar role in an international organisation.
  • CIMA/ACA qualified.
  • Excellent analytical skills, process analysis skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office (especially advanced knowledge of Excel).
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Ability to work with crossfunctional Finance teams in multiple countries.
  • Fluent in English.
