WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?


As the
Omnichannel Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the successful implementation of omnichannel initiatives and projects.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including digital marketing, e-commerce, supply chain, and IT, to ensure seamless integration and consistency across all customer touchpoints.

Your expertise in project management and omnichannel strategy will play a pivotal role in enhancing customer satisfaction and driving business growth.


Responsibilities:


  • Lead and manage omnichannel projects from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, encompassing scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables for omnichannel initiatives.
  • Collaborate with various departments to define omnichannel requirements and deliver an integrated customer experience.
  • Ensure consistent branding, messaging, and user experience across all channels, including online and offline touchpoints.
  • Identify and resolve potential conflicts between different channels to maintain a unified customer journey.
  • Implement best practices for data analysis and customer insights to optimize omnichannel strategies.
  • Conduct regular project status meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and team members.
  • Monitor and analyze project performance metrics, measuring success against defined KPIs.
  • Manage project budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and optimize project costs.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Foster a collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and knowledge sharing.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience (3+ years) as a Project Manager in the retail industry, with a focus on omnichannel initiatives.

Exceptional proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is essential.

  • Solid understanding of omnichannel strategy and its impact on customer experience and business growth.
  • Strong knowledge of retail operations, ecommerce, digital marketing, and supply chain management.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide crossfunctional teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the capability to derive insights from data and make datadriven decisions.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
  • Flexibility to adapt to a fastpaced and evolving retail environment.
