Your main key responsibilities will be:

  • Work alongside the Head of Gaming in co-leading the company's gaming new business strategy, results-oriented.
  • Be the main spokesperson for some of our key clients
  • Identify strategic new opportunities for our clients in order to develop the company's new services development strategy.

On a day-to-day basis, you will:

  • Lead strategy, planning, coordination, and execution for brand partnerships outreach, internationally
  • with a heavy focus on the spanish speaking markets.
  • Research and follow key target accounts and industry trends. Follow long and complex sales cycles.
  • Generate opportunities for meetings with key decision makers to drive the sales process forward
  • Build and maintain a positive, collaborative relationship with our clients
  • Collaborate with the creative teams to develop strategy, presentations and solutions for our clients
  • Lead talent negotiations and manage talent budgets on behalf of brand clients
  • Partner with talent, creative and account management teams to kickoff projects and convey client feedback

Ideally, you have...

  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • A selfdriven work ethic with teamfocused coordination
  • Have prior experience working on brand campaigns with influencers
  • Deep knowledge of culture leading industries, platforms and trends
  • Highvalue deal negotiation and program pricing skills
  • Experience with business analysis
