Your Impact & Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for delivery of product demonstrations
  • Responsible for running trial/evaluations of the platform
  • Responsible for postsales technical training
  • Responsible for representing the product to customers and at field events (e.g., conferences, Trade Shows, seminars)
  • Able to respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs/SOW
  • Able to convey customer requirements to Product Management teams
  • Able to travel when needed

Your Knowledge & Skills:


  • 5+ years relevant experience in technical vendorcustomer engineering position and/or enterprise IT
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Excellent presentation skills and ability to explain complex technology ideas with clarity
  • Process oriented well organized and able to focus on a multitasking environment
  • Strong troubleshooting capabilities
  • Spanish Speaker
  • Experience and familiarity with the Avanan product or market advantage
