Group Lead Special Projects (m/f) leads our Special Projects Team focused on critical spare parts procurement topics within Global Service Spare parts Management area. Management responsibility for an intercultural team of 5 White Collar employees. Key tasks include developing and implementing strategic plans, overseeing project planning and execution, and championing Design Thinking methodologies. The ideal candidate has 6 years of experience in supply chain management, project and process management, and a Master's degree in business administration, Economics or Engineering. Proficiency in English is required, with Spanish and/or German desirable. Leadership experience, project management skills, and knowledge of SAP ECC and MS Office are also essential. The position is based in ES-Pamplona and requires regular travel to DE-Hamburg, DE-Rostock, and ES-Pamplona.
