    From Mur&Partners we are looking for a Global eCommerce Analytics Senior Manager for a multinational IT company.

    MISSION

    The mission for this role will be to lead the company's eCommerce Analytics organization in profitably growing the business through innovative data and analytics solutions while managing and developing a cross-functional team dedicated to designing and implementing reporting tools for performance optimization. With influence in multiple departments, the candidate will be a key advisor to senior management on overall organizational strategy and long-term goals.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Lead the development of breakthrough analyses and frameworks to optimize performance across eCommerce functions.

    Oversee the delivery of strategic roadmaps to enhance value in a growing business.

    Supervise the global standardization of projects and initiatives.

    Hire and cultivate a team of expert and master-level individuals to achieve financial performance targets.

    Plan, manage, and monitor the team's high-end operational and tactical activities.

    Ensure the team's responsiveness, agility, and creativity in balancing short-term and long-term return of investment objectives (ROI).

    Lead the development and implementation of planning and governance processes, technology prerequisites, and technical innovations to consistently enhance business management systems (BMS).

    Oversee the integration and utilization of innovative solutions and tools.

    Direct the cross-functional evolution and integration of the analytics ecosystem within the organization.

    Define and identify requirements for IT to enhance analytics process improvements, thereby increasing effectiveness and efficiency.

    Manage the development of training and research materials and related processes and tools.

    REQUIREMENTS

    Bachelor or advanced degree in an analytics or research field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, or a related discipline.

    MBA or relevant business background will be valued.

    Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, market research, project management, or operations.

    Proficiency in Marketing systems such as MRM or CRM applications.

    Previous experience managing direct reports, demonstrating strong results driving team accountability and monetary outcomes.

    Proficient in first-hand skills in SQL, Machine Learning (ML), Artificial Intelligence (AI), Python, and R.

    Profound knowledge of analytics principles, practices, tactics, and tools, and a deep understanding of eCommerce operations.

    Expertise in driving global standardization projects and initiatives.

    Advanced or native English level.
