Dutch Speaking Recruiter - Work From Home

We are excited to announce a unique opportunity for a driven and resourceful Dutch Speaking Recruiter to join our team. This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere in the world. Plus, we offer a 4-month fully paid training programme in Athens, Greece along with a fully paid relocation package

Role Description

As our Dutch Speaking Recruiter, you will play an essential role in our Human Resources team. Your primary responsibilities will include sourcing and attracting top talent from around the world, conducting initial screening calls, coordinating interviews, and managing the hiring documentation process. You will also be tasked with maintaining candidate databases, developing new sourcing strategies, and providing a positive candidate experience.

Requirements

Fluency in Dutch and English
Previous experience in a recruitment role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in using recruitment software and databases
A proactive and self-motivated approach to work
