    Job Description

    We are seeking a Continuous Improvement Advisor to join our Production Team.

    Your mission will be to drive process optimization, enhance operational efficiency, and foster a culture of continuous improvement within our organization.

    You will leverage your expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, and change management methodologies to identify opportunities, apply solutions, and achieve measurable improvements in production, maintenance, quality, supply chain, and engineering functions.

    Responsibilities

    • Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies, lead root cause analysis (RCA) for deviations or inefficiencies, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
    • Lean and Six Sigma Deployment
    • Project Management: Manage improvement projects and coordinate cross-functional teams.
    • Culture Development: Foster a centric line culture and servant-leadership approach.
    • Performance Monitoring: Develop and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
    • Change Management: Drive organizational change by aligning stakeholders, managing resistance, and ensuring successful implementation of improvement initiatives.

    Requirements

    To succeed in this role, you should:

    Be a person with empathy, humility, curiosity, and optimism.

    Hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related field. Advanced certifications in Lean Six Sigma and PMP are an asset.

    Have at least 5 years of experience in operational excellence or continuous improvement within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

    Familiarity with process mapping tools, data analysis software, and ERP systems is an advantage.
