Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior Sustainability staff to design and implement cutting-edge sustainability strategies and projects.
• Stay ahead of the curve by conducting research and analysis on emerging sustainability trends, regulations, and best practices.
• Gather, analyze, and present sustainability data to inform decision-making processes.
• Prepare insightful reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support the coordination and execution of complex sustainability programs.
• Ensure seamless integration of sustainability and ESG considerations into business operations through cross-functional collaboration.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your sustainability expertise.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in data science, chemical engineering, environmental science, sustainability, business, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior internship or project experience in sustainability.
• Familiarity with prominent sustainability reporting frameworks (e.g., GRI, ESRS, ISSB S1 & S2, SASB, TCFD).
• Relevant work experience of 1-2 years.
• Strong analytical and research skills, along with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in data analytics and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, Word).
• A genuine passion for sustainability issues.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Detailed-oriented with strong organizational skills.
