It's an exciting time to join Pandora as we're undergoing significant growth across our WEEU cluster.

To support and drive that growth, the Marketing Team is looking for a Visual Merchandising intern to join us, based in Madrid.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Office showroom setup.
Implementation of VM guides, material testing and product placement.
Coordination, checking and accounting of samples.
Product composition support for trade team or special actions that require products.
Update and maintenance of database /concept store/eci/channel ws).
Update and maintenance of other documents and deliveries both local and for the western european cluster.
Support and tracking of point of sales materials both global and local.
VM support in point of sales implementation and openings if required.
VM support in implementation of internal events or PR collaborations.
VM support for store teams
Support and followup of incidents and resolution of these for all points of sales.
Support and followup of implementation and assemblies by RSM, store teams or suppliers.

WHO YOU ARE:

You are genuinely interested in our brand and fashion world
You have English proficiency, both written and spoken.
You are a versatile and adaptive team player, with a positive attitude and a detailoriented approach to your tasks
Excellent organizational skills
Good project and time management skills ensuring all deadlines are met
Strong attention to detail
