As a boutique consultancy, they pride ourselves on delivering innovative solutions tailored to our clients' needs. We're seeking an entrepreneurial individual to strengthen their team and lead projects at the forefront of innovation.


Key Responsibilities:

Lead projects in risk management, with a focus on ESG integration and sustainability in the banking and financial services sector.

Develop and implement strategies for climate risk stress testing, emissions calculation, and decarbonization targets.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to ESG, such as ECB guidelines and EU-Taxonomy.
Utilize quantitative skills to analyze complex data and provide insights for decision-making.
Collaborate with colleagues and clients to deliver high-quality solutions that drive positive impact.


Key Requirements:
Minimum 6 years' experience in Management Consulting or Banking Industry, ideally in Credit Risk Management/Risk Controlling.
Strong knowledge of climate risk and sustainability principles, with at least 2 years' recent experience in relevant projects.
Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with programming languages like R or Python is a plus.
Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish, with the ability to produce professional reports.
Willingness to travel as required to meet project needs.
