About the Role:


The key purpose of the role is to create an optimal transport plan to guarantee customer service levels for transport considering existing business and legal rules and minimizing costs.

What You Will Do:


  • Issue communication to Transport Coordinator during the planning process
  • Plan and schedule transports according to business and legal rules
  • Ensure master data integration in TMS
  • Assure Delivery reception and Idoc errors resolution
  • Manage any unrouteable issue during the optimization process within the timelines expected
  • Proactive advise about improvements on transport planning scope, i.e. exclusion of lanes, simulation of new scenarios
  • Conduct any communication with Customer Care /SCP or Sites related with daily operations activities

Who You Are:


  • 12 years experience in Transport Planning and Execution
  • University Degree or equivalent

Proficient in French (mandatory):


  • Proficient in English
  • Additional languages are required depending on the country (e.g. Polish, Slovakian, Russian, Italian, Deutsch, Spanish, etc.)
  • High Transportation knowledge and Supply Chain understanding
  • Strong analytical and business oriented
  • Ability to manage and meet deadlines and multitask daily activities
  • Professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Expert in office tools. Knowledge of software as SAP or TMS will be a plus
  • Proactivity, continuously improving and looking for process efficiencies
