Management Accounting Associate

For our Management Accounting team, we are looking for an Associate who:

  • Will be the executor of activities defined in our Activity Split following standard procedures and ensuring that certain guidelines are implemented, providing quality and on-time KPI analysis.
  • Responsible for open issues followup under own responsibility, with efficient and close collaboration with the Regional Hub/ Accounting Platform, including active involvement on predefined calls.

You will be responsible for:


  • The execution of activities defined in the Management Accounting Activity Split following standard procedures and guidelines, providing quality and ontime delivery KPI analysis.
  • Perform month and year end closing activities.
  • Material master data and Production deviation monitoring.
  • Value flow management from cost objects to Financial Statements.
  • Understanding and being able to handle daily activities both PAIV & VLF inside the cluster.
  • Team Reliability, & followup of open issues under Cluster responsibility. If needed, escalation process to Senior Associate to be initiated.
  • Share possible improvement measures to make daily tasks more efficient and standard.

Qualifications & competencies:


  • University degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or equivalent education
  • Strong communication skills
  • Good level of English (written & spoken)
  • Demonstrated teamwork spirit
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Analytical skills, with initiative and persistence towards followup
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
