Management Accounting Associate

For our Management Accounting team, we are looking for an Associate who:

Will be the executor of activities defined in our Activity Split following standard procedures and ensuring that certain guidelines are implemented, providing quality and on-time KPI analysis.
Responsible for open issues followup under own responsibility, with efficient and close collaboration with the Regional Hub/ Accounting Platform, including active involvement on predefined calls.

You will be responsible for:

The execution of activities defined in the Management Accounting Activity Split following standard procedures and guidelines, providing quality and ontime delivery KPI analysis.
Perform month and year end closing activities.
Material master data and Production deviation monitoring.
Value flow management from cost objects to Financial Statements.
Understanding and being able to handle daily activities both PAIV & VLF inside the cluster.
Team Reliability, & followup of open issues under Cluster responsibility. If needed, escalation process to Senior Associate to be initiated.
Share possible improvement measures to make daily tasks more efficient and standard.

Qualifications & competencies:

University degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or equivalent education
Strong communication skills
Good level of English (written & spoken)
Demonstrated teamwork spirit
Ability to work under pressure
Analytical skills, with initiative and persistence towards followup
Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
