Job Description Team Description**At Nexthink the Go-to-Market Operations team is responsible for coordinating and aligning the efforts of Marketing, Sales, and Enablement using processes and tools to drive the revenue motions and execute a united go-to-market strategy. The team is focused on the alignment of the ongoing and continuous activities of the GTM function and the overall management, tracking, and forecasting of the Marketing department's budget and spend. Leveraging data insights, they will strategize with lead stakeholders to create the best operational & technological improvements to maximize efficiency and pipeline growth. Additionally, they will own the task of sourcing, implementing, and documenting all GTM technology and efforts in a clear and concise manner. Team members will also enable marketing users on best practices for the various GTM platforms they leverage. The primary goal of the GTM Ops team is to support the GTM function from lead acquisition through to successful Closed Won.

Nexthink is looking for a
Marketing Operations Associate to build out and support the customer journey.

As a member of the Go-to-Market Operations Team, you will work closely with the Marketing teams to build and monitor programs in various GTM tools to include Marketo & Outreach, evaluate success and identify areas for improvement, and ensure compliance in our marketing efforts.

This position offers the opportunity to partner with a supportive, fun-loving, and talented team of professionals with expertise in various GTM platforms.


Main functions:


  • Proactively identify gaps and opportunities in campaign plans for optimization
  • Consult with teams on campaign build best practices and segmentation
  • Handle high volume requests each week while delivering highquality work
  • Be a resource internally to help troubleshoot obstacles
  • Partner with broader GTM Ops team on Marketo & Outreach maintenance and development
  • QA work done by team members
  • Enable marketing team members on the process for requesting program builds within our platforms and the best platform to leverage based on their need

Qualifications

  • The ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work in various RevTech platforms
  • A collaborative and proactive workstyle, willing to ask questions and consider alternative viewpoints
  • A growth mindset
  • An ability to create and follow process specifications, including detailed QA
  • 1+ years of experience working with Marketo or other Marketing Automation Platforms
  • Experience working with CRM system (Salesforce preferred)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
