    As a Work, Rewards & Careers Consultant you will be primarily responsible for developing new business, leading and delivering medium to large, strategic client engagements and serving as strategic advisor to clients in your areas of subject matter expertise. You'll also be asked to contribute your thought leadership to the overall development of the Works, Rewards & Careers practice.

    The Role

    WTW is the global leader in executive compensation consulting, with 400 consultants advising over 2,500 companies worldwide on this topic. The Work, Rewards and Careers team is, as part of the Work & Rewards segment, focused on the way in which companies can achieve their strategic objectives through how they organize work and careers and how they reward their people.

    We help client develop strategies and design programs that address their rewards and careers related people needs, drive higher performance and add to the employee experience. We provide the data, tools, strategy, design and execution support essential to ensure organization's pay and other reward programs are cost effective and deliver the behavior and performance needed. In addition, we work together with colleagues across the globe on a daily basis in order to support our globally operating clients.

    Responsible for delivering successful project to clients, the main activities of these projects include: creating total rewards strategies, career frameworks and job levelling, salary benchmarking, rewards structures, variable pay design, sales incentives, fair pay, etc. In our Work, Rewards and Careers Team, you will experience an international, high demanding and high energy environment. You get to work on multiple projects, both with national and international clients. We offer you a very steep learning curve, and we also expect you to create and grab opportunities whenever they arise

    • You have a Bachelors/Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Human Resources or other analytical degrees
    • You have at least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in HR consultancy or corporate HR
    • You are eager to help clients solving their complex and challenging issues. You are able to draw conclusions from data in a logical systemic way.
    • You are good at building relationships, both internally and externally.
    • You deliver top quality, are proactive and flexible and definitely have a can-do mentality.
    • You are enthusiastic, a team player, analytical and able to think out of the box.
    • We prefer you to speak English and Dutch fluently.
    • You have very strong working knowledge of the following PC-based software applications for analysis and reporting: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
    • You have proven Project Management skills
