We are seeking a talented and dynamic Sales Engineer to join our team at Mize.

As a Sales Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth by providing technical expertise and support throughout the sales process.

You will collaborate closely with our global sales team and CS team to understand customer requirements, demonstrate the value of our products, and articulate how Mize can address technical customer needs.


Responsibilities:


  • Work closely with the global sales team and CS team to understand customer requirements and objectives
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase Mize solutions to potential clients
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to customers regarding product features, capabilities, and implementation
  • Collaborate with internal teams to prepare POC for prospect clients
  • Support all Customer Success life cycle needs in order to onboard customers to the Mize products
  • Conduct product training sessions for sales teams about new products
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies

Requirements:


  • 35 years of experience in a clientfacing role as a Sales Engineer \ Pre-Sales Engineer \ Pre-Sales consultant
  • Must have experience in APIbased integration, Web services, system debugging, and log analysis
  • Experience in providing exceptional technical support throughout the sales process
  • Strong project management experience
  • Negotiation, Social, and Technical problemsolving skills
  • Ability to understand complex technical products/services and effectively communicate their value to customers
  • Knowledgeable about the traveltech industry advantage
  • Ability to work in fluent English
