Product Owner – Business Analyst100%Remote - SpainWe are looking for an experienced Product Owner/Business Analyst for our team. You will help the team achieve high performance, continuous improvement, and successful delivery of projects.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and management to facilitate the delivery process, provide coaching, and ensure the successful execution of Agile practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategize:
Define and refine the product vision and roadmap in alignment with company goals

Prioritize:
Manage and prioritize the product backlog to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy

Collaborate:
Work closely with Scrum teams and stakeholders to ensure a mutual understanding of the product roadmap and to negotiate priorities

Lead:
Guide and mentor the Scrum team on Agile practices and principles to deliver high-quality products promptly

Analyze:
Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value

Technical Skills:

Agile Methodologies:
Deep understanding of Scrum and other Agile practices

Product Management Tools:
Proficiency in tools like Azure Dev Ops, Confluence, or similar

Analytics:
Strong analytical skills with an ability to interpret data to make informed decisions

User Experience:
Knowledge of UX design principles and user-centered design practices

Technical Acumen:
Basic understanding of software development processes and procedures

Soft Skills:

Leadership:
Strong leadership skills to inspire and lead cross-functional teams

Communication:
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with all levels of the organization

Problem-Solving:
Ability to tackle complex problems creatively and effectively

Adaptability:
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs

Stakeholder Management:
Skilled in managing expectations and building relationships with stakeholders.
