FXSTREET is looking for a Product Owner with a strong technical background who has built and operated web-based SaaS products in either B2B or B2C environments.

This role is not for a "ticket manager" or a purely functional PO.

We need someone who owns outcomes, understands how web products really work, is comfortable working close to engineering, and makes decisions based on data, metrics, and user behavior.

You will work at the intersection of engineering, design, data, and business, driving clarity, prioritization, and execution across our web platform and related services.

Experience in trading, financial markets, or trading platforms is a strong plus.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Own the product backlog end-to-end, ensuring clarity, prioritization, and focus aligned with business goals.
Define and prioritize Epics, User Stories, and tasks with clear acceptance criteria and ownership.
Work closely with frontend and backend engineers, understanding system constraints, dependencies, and trade-offs.
Actively bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation.

Use technical knowledge (HTML, CSS, APIs, databases) to:
troubleshoot minor issues, and avoid unnecessary delays or misalignment.
Define clear success metrics (Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Engagement, Monetization) for every initiative.
Own KPI definitions and ensure metrics are stable, consistent, and actionable.
Use analytics tools to monitor performance, identify opportunities, and guide prioritization.
Drive product decisions based on data and evidence, not stakeholder pressure.
Collect stakeholder input, filter and prioritize it, and communicate clear decisions to the team.
Deeply understand users, their workflows, and their pain points.
Incorporate user feedback, behavioral data, and market insights into product decisions.
Stay informed about competitors, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
If applicable, leverage knowledge of trading, financial markets, or trading platforms to guide product strategy.
Create and manage tasks in Jira and detect risks and blockers early and drive resolution proactively
Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Refinement, Reviews, Retros).
Document product decisions, features, and workflows clearly for internal teams.

TECHNICAL PROFILE
Experience as a Product Owner / Product Manager in a web-based SaaS company (B2B or B2C).
Strong technical background and comfort working closely with engineering teams.
Hands-on experience defining and tracking product metrics (Acquisition, Retention, Engagement, etc.).
Proven ability to own backlog clarity, prioritization, and execution.
Solid understanding of Agile product development (Scrum / Kanban).
Experience with high-traffic, content-rich, or data-heavy web products.
Comfort working with experimentation (A/B testing, feature validation).
Solid understanding of Web technologies (HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript concepts) and APIs and backend/frontend separation
Experience with Jira (or similar tools) an analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4, GTM, Mixpanel, etc.)
Ability to read and reason about data (funnels, cohorts, retention curves).

NICE TO HAVE
Experience working on trading platforms, financial products, or market-driven products is desirable.
Familiarity with SEO principles and content-driven products.
Experience working closely with UX/UI teams and understanding design systems.
Basic understanding of cloud infrastructure or integrations.
Experience with experimentation frameworks and feature validation.

WHAT WE OFFER

Full time long term labour contract

Flexible schedule:
From 8:00/9:00 to 17:00/18:00
Hybrid work model: 3 days remote work + 2 days face to face work
