Responsibilities:

Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interviews and other hiring and selection materials.
Manages job postings with focus on employer brand.
Assists managers on requirements and needs to define profiles.
Assists with the interview process, attends and conducts interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders.
Ensures a close relationship with business lines in order to provide advisory and delivery meeting in line with business strategies and provide real time feedback.

Experience and Background:

At least three years of experience in talent recruitment.
Previous experience in big multinationals understanding complex matrix organizations.
Deep knowledge of recruitment tools especially Workday.
University degree and master or postgraduate education in related matters will be a plus (Master in HR, recruitment training etc.).
Fluent in English and Spanish.
Data analytics experience will be a plus.
