Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement sales call center strategies, objectives, and operating procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of academic sales advisor to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Monitor and analyze call center performance metrics, such as conversion rate, call volume and customer satisfaction, to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of call center staff.
  • Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork and collaboration among call center employees.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to optimize call center operations.
  • Prepare regular reports and present key performance indicators to senior management.

Requirements:


What type of profile are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Director of Sales Call Center or a similar leadership role in a fastpaced call center environment.
  • Strong knowledge of call center operations, technologies, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Exceptional problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (minimum C1).
  • Proficiency in using call center software and CRM systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and identify trends.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding performance targets.
