- You will be an active and hands-on designer, able to define the art direction of the projects and execute key assets that could end up in both print or digital.
- You will be responsible for taking creative work from brief through to execution, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to get buyin on concepts and mood boards, treatment designs, brand asset adaptations, branding plans for events and activations, scenography and space design, ephemeral architecture, etc., translating strategy into evocative creativity.
- You will work closely with the Project Managers to create efficient graphic workflows and define the quality benchmark for all brand assets.
- You will source, oversee, and nurture a multidisciplinary network of external partners and vendors that could include photographers, filmmakers, 2D/3D designers/animators, motion graphics artists and more.
- Bachelor's or University degree in Graphic Design or a relevant field of study.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, Autodesk AutoCAD, and SketchUp.
- 3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in an event/experience agency.
- Fluent in Spanish and business English (written and spoken).
- Experience or interest in Music, Sports, Entertainment, or Lifestyle.
- Solid understanding of graphic design, digitalprint standards, and traffic processes.
- Experience working with global brands, understanding the cultural differences and challenges.
- Detailoriented with the ability to prioritize work and resources, and collaborate effectively with others to achieve results.
- Capable of working within tight time and budget constraints.
- Willing to take on a high volume of projects and adapt to frequently changing scenarios.
