    Marketing Specialist Life Science Europe & Africa

    Lubrizol, a Berkshire Hathaway company, is seeking a Marketing Specialist to support the growth of its Life Science business in Europe and Africa. This role will be responsible for conducting market studies, developing new sales tools, and executing marketing strategies to drive business growth.

    About the Role:

    The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in sciences (cosmetic sciences, chemistry, biochemistry) with a major in marketing or combined with a master's degree in marketing. A minimum of 3 years of experience in the Beauty & Personal Care industry, preferably in a marketing role, is required. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office use, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, is also necessary.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct market studies and provide strategic recommendations to the Regional Marketing Manager.
    • Develop and execute marketing plans aligned with business priorities.
    • Create new concepts and develop collections with the regional technical team to promote our capabilities.
    • Design various sales tools for product promotion and adapt some global ones to our region.
