Are you the one?
As our Accounting Manager, you will be responsible of the accounting team leading, acting within the finance department. You will ensure proper accounting and taxation, as well as the correct development of the financial audits.

Another part of your role will be to support the Financial Management in the preparation of reports, obtaining the necessary information for a consolidated financial report of the group and making use of your analytical skills that can lead to improvement proposals.


Your role highlights - your responsabilities

  • You'll carry out the supervision of the correct performance of the accounting for both Spanish and subsidiaries managed from the headquarters, both for processes and accounting closures.
  • You'll be responsible for the monthly and annual consolidated finance reporting.
  • You'll lead the external audits and coordinate the rest of the teams both at finance level and with other departments.
  • You'll ensure compliance with tax requirements regarding the Spanish companies and other subsidiaries managed in the headquarters.
  • You'll be in close contact with the IT department to identify opportunities for improvement in all the communication done to the Tax Authorities.
  • You'll be the liaise with external auditors, tax advisors and other advisors for obtaining grants, subsidies, and deductions.
  • You'll give support in the evaluation of corporate projects to ensure compliance with the accounting legislation.

  • Close collaboration with the IT area to identify opportunities for improvement and collaboration in the definition of technical solutions from a financial perspective.

Requirements:


  • Higher Education or Higher Studies in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or similar.
  • At least 3 to 4 years of experience in a multinational company in a similar position. Demostrable experience in Big
  • Fluid communication in Spanish and English; Other languages such as French, German will be a plus
  • You have indepth knowledge of international accounting standards, consolidation, tax compliance and audit.
  • Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office, especially very strong Excel skills.
  • Good knowledge in SAP FICO. & CPM. Microsoft Dynamics will be a plus.
  • You have strong skills at organizing and tenacity in the followup of projects and very good analytical skills.
  • It is really important for us that our Sanlucarians have the best leaders, so you have at least 2 years of experience lading a team.
