  • Aircall is a place where voices are valued.

Backed by over $220 million of investment since 2015, we create technology that fuels accessible, transparent and collaborative communication to empower our base of 14,000+ customers (and growing) to make authentic, human connections.

Conversation is a cornerstone of our culture.

Wherever our people find themselves in the Aircall world - Paris, New York, Sydney, Madrid, London, Berlin, Tel Aviv, or at home - everyone has a voice that is valued.

Whatever your background, wherever you're from - we want you to join the conversation. Let's talk.

Aircall has a specialised PMO department within the Technology Group, in which an experienced program manager is requested.

The PMO is focused on cross-team projects and program management across all Engineering, Product, Infrastructure, Security and Communications Platform departments, coordinating with the various teams to provide deep analysis and reporting to the executive management teams.

Project management is about planning work, organising tasks and resources, controlling processes and delivering a specific objective. All of this within the Agile methodology.

The Program covers different projects and strategic goals.

It requires assessing the different risks of the projects with all the teams, defining the action plans and keeping track of all project real time updates and follow up, keeping all the stakeholders and the Management informed of the overall status of the Plan.

It's about MAKING SURE THAT ALL THE MOVING PARTS MOVE TOGETHER AT THE RIGHT TIME.

So this role as a member of the PMO is to juggle the priorities and projects so there are measurable outputs being delivered regularly.

Main Mission:

  • The program manager will manage one part of the projects portfolio (status update and related procedures) to ensure strategic outcomes and the delivery of specific business value.

Working with the Director of the Project Management Office and the rest of program managers, the program manager will help ensure a cohesive and uniform reporting of data and provide insights across teams to enable improved delivery across multiple projects.

At its core, this role will enable us to better understand where we are doing well and where we need to set specific actions, contributing to the final goal of delivering the commitments on time with the correct level of quality.

Activities:

  • Ensure product delivery commitment, overseeing the successful delivery of the program's output/product.
  • Develop models and analysis to support datadriven decisions.
  • Deep dive into the set of specific project all across Technology, understanding dynamics of the situation and deviations.
  • Understand and adapt to the Aircall Product delivery process and the Agile methodology.
  • Understand the business objectives and ensure connection between those and the tech initiatives.
  • Follow the risk assessment and changes methodology, working close with the Engineering and the Product teams to keep track of the roadmap updates (monthly 1:1 with each key owners to validate the consolidated status update of the ongoing projects, daily contact with the stakeholders if needed and part of the go/no go meetings to go through the different phases of each project).
  • Explore new ways of improving existing processes to succeed in working on crossfunctional topics.
  • Identify and find solutions to roadblocks across all teams, helping coordinate the projects and their interdependencies.
  • Keep the Management informed of the overall status of the plan, though cohesive and uniform reporting of data regarding the projects status.

Technical Competencies:

  • Strong practical experience in project/program management, preferably in a Saas product. Ability to follow up a plan of reasonable timelines, while delivering projects that align to the business strategy
