Nemi is growing Join a fast-moving and exciting mobility tech company and get your career off to a flying start We are looking for an entry level Junior Business Development Executive to help push our big social and tech vision into practical reality, aiming to disrupt the way mobility is planned and managed.

You'll combine an interest in customer and technology with business and social impact, to realize our vision of making transportation more efficient, sustainable and inclusive.

Nemi platform is a stand alone software tool that empowers bus operators to digitalise and enhance the efficiency of services with the end goal of improving the overall user experience whilst at the same time generating a depth of data developing consumer insights to continue optimizing and enhancing operations.

Your role:
We are looking for a Junior Business Development Executive for 2 new entrance markets: UK & France. Reporting directly to the Business Development Manager, you will help build from scratch Nemi's sales pipeline.

Your daily tasks

  • Lead generation:
  • Identify new and prospective customers and partners, building meaningful and durable revenuegenerating relationships with local authorities, transit planning agencies and bus operators
  • Building your own list of prospects via different channels
  • Conversion of leads to contacts to customer appointments (cold call, mailing).
  • Lead qualification & support in collaboration with the Business Developer Manager:
  • Understanding of the prospect's needs. Work closely and partner with the product team to understand the project complexity and create contract-winning proposals for current and prospective clients
  • Participate in sending commercial offers and negotiation
  • Definition of the Commercial Strategy:
  • You actively participate with the Business Development Manager to build the customer acquisition strategy in these new countries by segmenting the customers.
  • You explore the market by consolidating all potential customers and competitors.
  • Identify relevant international trade fairs, congresses, forums, training courses and other dissemination events

The successful applicant:

  • A bachelors degree in International Business, marketing or similar
  • Ability to develop customer relationships and engage effectively.
  • Comfort with ambiguity; the ability to work independently and solve problems without welldefined direction. You enjoy fastpaced environments, aren't deterred by setbacks or pivots, and thrive in roles requiring a high degree of responsibility.
  • An excellent team player; you're a meaningful individual contributor, and a mentor to others on your team. You view successes as team efforts, and enjoy working with others.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in French & English


Additionally, a background in business development and/or marketing of software solutions (in particular B2B SaaS) or in the mobility sector will be positively valued.
