    SERVICE DESK INCIDENT MANAGER

    Work setting: Hybrid, 2-3 days onsite per week.

    Type of contract: Freelance (full time)

    Hourly rate: 23-24 €

    Location: Málaga

    EXPERIENCE

    3 years of experience in Customer focused IT or Banking fields. Previous experience on Incident Management is preferable.

    EDUCATION

    Previous experience, or a degree in a relevant subject.

    SKILLS

    • Experience in dealing with customers and managing conference calls.
    • Good communication skills and initiative.
    • Knowledge of IT service management software and ITIL.
    • Experience with office 365 with Excel competence.
    • Ability to collaborate with team members.
    • Ability to work under pressure.
    • Adaptability to new challenges and eager to learn.

    LANGUAGES

    • English level C1

    OTHER

    This is a 24x7 service. The candidate must be available to work afternoon and night shifts (Madrid time) and occasionally perform on-call duties.
